Fake Shutdown Virus

Now that's a trick that can make your friend go on their nerves. This mimics a virus sort of thing ,if your friend is not aware of such things.. most people don't.!!

It displays a message that can be customized by you . After completion of its course it shutdowns the computer making the user confused as what happened

now let me show you how it works and then we'll customize it to look real so that a friend gets pranked

Step 1:- Go to your desktop , right click new shortcut

Step 2:- Now when you click on the new shortcut a window will open up
In that type shutdown -s -t 30 -c " Stop me if you can "
After that click next and save the name as shutdown.exe and you are done with it

Step 3:- Now talking bout customization you can change the time in seconds to anything that you wish and the message also to anything you wish . Change the icon to some game icon and change the name to setup.exe

And if you have access to the friends computer then copy this thing into the start up programs and you're done

Every time the user turns on the PC the program will automatically run at start up and the system will shutdown

How to stop this ..?
go to run
type shutdown -a
and the program will terminate

Any suggestions ? , most welcomed .!!

note :- works perfectly with XP but in windows 7 it does not display the message

Hide Files or Folders Using Command Prompt

Trick to hide files and folders using Command Prompt
The most important thing is that, once hidden with this method, the files/folders cannot be viewed by any search options even if you click "Show All Hidden Files and Folders".

Hiding the most wanted files and folders is very important nowadays and it's really a tedious job too. In order to make this tedious job an easy one, i'm going to deliver you a the trick now.

For Example: You have a folder named "collegephotos" and this folder is stored in (Disk Drive E). You think that it should not be seen by strangers who use your PC.

For that you need to follow the following instructions

  1. Press windowkey+R: Run command dialog box appears.
  2. Now type "cmd" and hit enter. A command prompt window displays.
  3. Now type "attrib +s +h E:\collegephotos" and hit enter.
  4. The folder "collegephotos" will be hidden (Note: It cannot be viewed by any search options)

(To view this folder again, use the same command but replace '+' with '-' on both flags 's' and 'h')

Compter Trick

Try making a folder named as "con" ..!! Just give it a try first..!!

If you fail then continue reading....

Now a question arises -
  Why is it so?

It is because "con" is a dos command.. And you cannot make any folder whose name is a standard dos command !!!

Bt there is still another way to name a folder as "con"..!! Lets see how it works.......

<+> Make a folder and now rename it
<+> Hold alt and type 0160 with numpad
<+> Now release alt and type CON and done
